Set A Goal
The next thing that you need to do is set a goal and stick to it. You have to think about what is important to you. Ask yourself, why do you want to eat healthily? Do you want to have a weight goal or do you want to train for a marathon? The goals that you set will ultimately depend on the reason for you wanting to be healthy and you will also want to make sure that you set smaller goals in-between. Don’t just focus on losing 10lbs, focus on the little achievements that come between now and then. This could include not going out for a takeaway or even choosing to have a salad over chips.

Don’t Set a Date
A lot of people choose to set dates when it comes to weight loss and fitness. You shouldn’t do this at all because your body doesn’t run on a clock. Sometimes you may retain more water than others and you may even find that you have a stall period as well. This is completely normal and it is something that you should account for. For this reason, you should make sure that you don’t put a time limit on your weight loss. Just try and lose it naturally and make sure that you stick to your diet plan.
